How to sell load using your registered cellphone and SIM

There are 2 ways to sell load.  The first is via via your cellphone  and the second is via the internet through your loadcentral gateway.

Then send to any of the following gateways:

Tips:
1.  Use the 4 digit gateways first.  If you’re using a Smart or SUN SIM as your retailer SIM, there should be no deduction of your load credits if you use the 4 digit gateways.

2.  The confirmation text usually arrives first on the the customer’s cellphone.  If it happens, the transaction is done.  You should also receive a confirmation text on your retailer cellphone, but sometimes it may take a while.  As long as the customer receives the confirmation text, the transaction is ok.

3.  If the confirmation text for your customer does not arrive within 15 minutes, ask your customer to check his/her balance.  Check your own wallet balance too.  If there is no change, the transaction has not been completed.  Repeat the process, this time using a different gateway.  (For example, if you used 2948 and nothing happened, use 3940 instead).  The gateway you were using might be down at that time.
